Design, manufacture and assembly of a primary, secondary and tertiary crushing plant for daily production of aggregates up to 1000 m3. With 10 conveyors of different sizes that serve as interconnection and stacking of products.


Design, supply, manufacture and installation of a 48 “wide Overland type belt conveyor system for leaching beds fed by the crushing system and a system of 17 grasshopper type belt conveyors of 60” x 31.5 m, with a length total of 2 kilometers, for the processing of gold material.

  • Overland conveyors. 48 “x 400 m conveyor between pulley centers with feed and discharge chute with dead bed, conveyor number 2 and 3 of 48” x 190 m long, all conveyors include installation of emergency stops, zero speed sensors, between others.
  • Grasshoppers conveyors. 17 conveyor belts of 60 ”wide x 31.5 m long, between pulley centers. Belt conveyor supports to the floor with telescopic system and reception chute with skirt.


Design, manufacture and assembly of equipment for the re-enhancement of existing belts to 500 TPH for the gondola tipper and additional conveyor belts. Feeder hopper with a capacity of 117m3 for iron pellets. 36 “wide x 17 m d long belt conveyor with 25 HP motor, 36” wide x 52 m long belt with 50 HP motor.


Design, manufacture, installation and assembly of 5.5 kms. Overland conveyor underground with 48 ”width to move 1,100 TMPH of copper ore and a radial stacker 42” x 55 m long.

  • Zone 1 conveyors. It consists of 8 conveyor belts of 48 ”wide x different lengths of length with rain covers and skirt, installation of emergency stops, zero speed and belt misalignment.
  • Mine exit conveyor. Stacker type radial stacker belt, 42 “x 55 m long, for stacking both mineral and tepetate material. It has a radial car with 8 tires and a corridor along the band.


Design, manufacture and installation of a fixed plant for secondary crushing, screening and material handling with a dust suppression system and magnetic drum. It has 10 conveyors that fulfill different interconnection and material stacking functions.

The complete installation of a sprinkler system was done to control the dust of the process, ideal to add 0.2% to 0.5% of humidity to help prevent visible dust during the transport and material stacking operation, using a Nesco model ” Dust Pro 205 ”from our DSI brand.


Las Cribas se utilizan para clasificar el producto en diferentes tamaños, dependiendo de la apertura de la tela de criba. Trabajan a través de un mecanismo con flecha que genera vibración. Existen diferentes tipos de cribas como horizontales, inclinadas, de inclinación múltiple y de alta frecuencia, las cuales pueden ser suministradas con 1 hasta 4 camas.
